Use a file as a source
Upload only the material the task needs. Describe which pages, dates, or sheets matter and what the agent should extract. A file can contain instructions from someone else; your own task should state what authority that material has.
Inspect the output
Open generated files and check the actual content, formatting, and source references. A successful tool result means the file was created, not that every statement is correct. Keep the reviewed version with the task.
Connect an email account
Use Integrations to connect a supported mailbox. Confirm the correct account and the permitted actions. Ask for draft replies first and approve sending when the destination and message are ready.
Share with the right audience
Use the access controls available for the file or artifact. A public link is a publication decision. Remove sensitive personal or customer information before making an output available beyond its workspace.
Open the relevant screen
Use Files and email in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
