Product & Design

An agent thatsynthesizes (also rotates through: synthesizes, documents, prioritizes, checks)while you build the product.

Sum up interviews, write the spec from a Figma flow, prepare sprint planning and check a launch's numbers. New pages and tickets wait for your approval. It works in Figma, Linear, Notion and PostHog, and across the 1,390 apps that connect today.

Six interviews, three themes

Notion transcripts into a Notion insights page

What should the Insights page say about our 6 interviews? Give it the three strongest themes, each backed by quotes, from the Research folder's transcripts in Notion.

  • list_pages
  • fetch_pages
  • append_pageWaits for approval

Billing trips people up: 2 of the 6 clicked the wrong thing on that page. Keyboard shortcuts came up with 3 of them, all heavy users, without anyone asking. The biggest is step 3 of onboarding, where people give up; 4 of 6 used the words 'unclear expectations'. Every theme comes with 2–3 quotes linked to their pages, ready for Insights / April week 2 once you approve.

Safe by default

Limits that don't live in the prompt

An agent works inside your accounts, so approvals, sign-ins and records are handled by Spinrun rather than left to the model.

  1. Approval first
    Gmail
    • readRuns on its own
    • writeWaits for approval
    • destructiveBlocked

    You approve the writes

By default, every change an agent makes in a connected app waits for your approval, on every plan. Enhanced Control adds per-app read, write and destructive rules at the gateway on Free and Pro.

  2. OAuth sign-in

    No password in the prompt

You sign in once through OAuth and the gateway keeps the tokens encrypted. The agent never holds a password, so there is none for a prompt to pull out.

  3. Deleted on schedule

    What gets kept

Models are never trained on anything you connect. The log does hold each call's arguments and a preview of what came back, email or chat text included, and deletes them when your plan's window ends.

Change the model, keep the connections

Design and product tools are connected to Spinrun, not to one assistant. Move to a model that writes better specs and nothing needs reconnecting.

  • Every MCP client points at the same Spinrun endpoint
  • Each agent can get its own workspace key, revocable on its own
  • The activity log reads the same whichever model made the call
