Company, private and shared inboxes, kept apart
Connect each Gmail account you sell from. The agent reads and drafts in the account a request is about, and asks when it isn't clear.
Sales & Revenue
Research a lead, write the follow-up, find a meeting time, prep for the call. Anything that changes the CRM or leaves your outbox waits for your approval. It works in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail and LinkedIn, and across the 1,390 apps that connect today.
Pick a scenario to see what the agent reads, what it prepares, and what waits for your yes.
LinkedIn to Salesforce, with a note
Which post did Jane Doe (linkedin.com/in/jane-doe) like most recently, and what does she do? Put that in a Salesforce note and make her a contact on Acme's opportunity.
Scaling onboarding is on Jane Doe's mind: 3 days ago she liked someone's piece on it, so that's your way in. Her title at Acme is VP Ops. Approve and Salesforce gets her as a contact on the opportunity for Acme Corp, with a note on her role and that like.

Paste one into any agent connected to Spinrun, put in your own names, and send.
“Nobody on my lead list should get two emails in a row or sit four days with no nudge. Track each one's stage, last contact and reply in a Google Sheet, and check it every morning.”
“Who is this person on LinkedIn, and do they belong on the Acme deal? If so, create them as a Salesforce lead there and write up an activity.”
“Check where this deal stands in Salesforce and what happened last, then answer the thread. Keep it to four sentences.”
“Put a half-hour call with this contact into Salesforce, at a time next week that's open on both calendars. They'll need an invite too.”
“Gong, email and Salesforce each know something about Acme. Tell me what matters before my next call with them.”
Safe by default
An agent works inside your accounts, so approvals, sign-ins and records are handled by Spinrun rather than left to the model.
By default, every change an agent makes in a connected app waits for your approval, on every plan. Enhanced Control adds per-app read, write and destructive rules at the gateway on Free and Pro.
You sign in once through OAuth and the gateway keeps the tokens encrypted. The agent never holds a password, so there is none for a prompt to pull out.
Models are never trained on anything you connect. The log does hold each call's arguments and a preview of what came back, email or chat text included, and deletes them when your plan's window ends.
Connect each Gmail account you sell from. The agent reads and drafts in the account a request is about, and asks when it isn't clear.
Your reps' sign-ins belong to Spinrun, not to the assistant they use today. Switch models and the whole team keeps its CRM and inbox access.
Start with the CRM and the inbox. Need Gong, Pipedrive or Apollo? They're among the 1,390 apps that connect today, one sign-in each.

Use cases
Anything in the toolkit catalog. Most connect through a managed OAuth app; for the rest a workspace admin registers your own OAuth app once, from the app's Set up page.
Free to start, with 10,000 one-time credits. By default, writes to your apps wait for your approval.
