Customer Support

An agent thattriages (also rotates through: triages, tags, escalates, hands off)while your team talks to customers.

Sort the queue, write replies that know the customer's past tickets, pass bugs to engineering and keep account managers informed. Replies, tags and posts wait for your approval. It works in Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce and Slack, and across the 1,390 apps that connect today.

Urgency, tags and who takes it

On-call should get every P0 in the Zendesk queue. Sort what's unassigned by urgency first, and tag the billing ones.

  • list_tickets
  • update_ticketsWaits for approval

Zendesk gets tags and owners for all 43 once you approve. 27 P2s go by product area, 12 P1s take the 'billing' tag for finance, and 4 P0s go to on-call: three billing errors, and TKT-9142, a data-loss report that needs someone now.

Prompts to start from

Paste one into any agent connected to Spinrun, put in your own names, and send.

  • “Billing tickets get a billing tag, P0s go straight to on-call, and everything else unassigned in Zendesk is sorted by how urgent it is.”

  • “Answer this ticket like we know the customer. Our last month of email with them, the tickets they've opened lately and their tier should all shape the draft.”
    Reply with history
  • “Tell #eng-billing we have a confirmed bug here, and give them a ticket for it in Linear's Billing project.”

  • “Renewals at risk and sudden ticket jumps across our 20 biggest accounts: that's this week's note for #customer-success.”

Limits that don't live in the prompt

An agent works inside your accounts, so approvals, sign-ins and records are handled by Spinrun rather than left to the model.

  1. Approval first
    Gmail
    • readRuns on its own
    • writeWaits for approval
    • destructiveBlocked

    You approve the writes

By default, every change an agent makes in a connected app waits for your approval, on every plan. Enhanced Control adds per-app read, write and destructive rules at the gateway on Free and Pro.

  2. OAuth sign-in

    No password in the prompt

You sign in once through OAuth and the gateway keeps the tokens encrypted. The agent never holds a password, so there is none for a prompt to pull out.

  3. Deleted on schedule

    What gets kept

Models are never trained on anything you connect. The log does hold each call's arguments and a preview of what came back, email or chat text included, and deletes them when your plan's window ends.

One connection per brand or region

Connect each brand's inbox and helpdesk as its own connection. The agent works in the one a ticket belongs to, and asks when that's unclear.

Change the model, keep the connections

Your helpdesk and chat access sit in Spinrun. Try a model that writes warmer replies and the queue stays connected.

  • Every MCP client points at the same Spinrun endpoint
  • Each agent can get its own workspace key, revocable on its own
  • The activity log reads the same whichever model made the call

Anything in the toolkit catalog. Most connect through a managed OAuth app; for the rest a workspace admin registers your own OAuth app once, from the app's Set up page.
