Office Work

An agent thatsorts (also rotates through: sorts, summarizes, reminds, tidies up)while you get on with the day.

Email, meetings, notes and numbers: say what you're after the way you'd tell a colleague, and by default approve what the agent wants to send or change in your apps. It works in Gmail, Slack, Notion and Google Calendar, and across the 1,390 apps that connect today.

One question, every Gmail inbox

Two Gmail accounts, one reply

Over the last 7 days, Stripe has written to my work and personal Gmail about things that are still open. Answer all of it in one reply.

  • fetch_emails
  • fetch_emails
  • create_email_draftWaits for approval

One reply for support thread #4821 covers everything Stripe is waiting on, and goes into Drafts once you approve it. What's open: a webhook signature mismatch raised Tuesday, a tax form due by Apr 30, and a failed $29 charge on the Pro plan.

Prompts to start from

Paste one into any agent connected to Spinrun, put in your own names, and send.

  • “Which of today's unread emails can't wait for a reply? Tell me, then sum up the rest in five bullets.”
    Morning inbox in five lines
  • “Two lines each on #general and #product: what changed while I was away yesterday?”
    Slack since yesterday
  • “My manager's email names a deadline. Turn it into a task in Notion, due that day.”
    Email to Notion task
  • “My first meeting tomorrow shouldn't be the start of my day. Hold two hours before it for focused work.”

Safe by default

Limits that don't live in the prompt

An agent works inside your accounts, so approvals, sign-ins and records are handled by Spinrun rather than left to the model.

  1. Approval first
    Gmail
    • readRuns on its own
    • writeWaits for approval
    • destructiveBlocked

    You approve the writes

By default, every change an agent makes in a connected app waits for your approval, on every plan. Enhanced Control adds per-app read, write and destructive rules at the gateway on Free and Pro.

  2. OAuth sign-in

    No password in the prompt

You sign in once through OAuth and the gateway keeps the tokens encrypted. The agent never holds a password, so there is none for a prompt to pull out.

  3. Deleted on schedule

    What gets kept

Models are never trained on anything you connect. The log does hold each call's arguments and a preview of what came back, email or chat text included, and deletes them when your plan's window ends.

Every inbox you use, connected separately

Add your work, personal and shared Gmail as separate connections. The agent works in the account a request is about, and asks when it could be either.

Change the model, keep the connections

Your apps are connected to Spinrun, not to one assistant. Move to a newer model and every connection is still there.

  • Every MCP client points at the same Spinrun endpoint
  • Each agent can get its own workspace key, revocable on its own
  • The activity log reads the same whichever model made the call
The apps behind it

Mail, meetings, notes and chat in one place

Most days start in the inbox and end in a doc. Need HubSpot, Figma or Trello? They're among the 1,390 apps that connect today, one sign-in each.

Anything in the toolkit catalog. Most connect through a managed OAuth app; for the rest a workspace admin registers your own OAuth app once, from the app's Set up page.
