Describe the visual task
Explain whether you need a draft design, a diagram, or a set of supporting assets. Include the intended dimensions and audience. A screenshot is a reference; identify which aspects of it the result should follow.
Use available workspace surfaces
Files, chat artifacts, and hosted pages provide reviewable outputs in Spinrun. Canvas-specific editing tools may depend on your workspace's enabled features. Use the controls shown in the product rather than assuming a reference product's board is available.
Keep the sources together
Attach the approved assets and brief to the task. Label drafts and reviewed versions clearly. Review text and data in the generated output in addition to its appearance.
Publish after review
Choose the destination and access policy deliberately. A public visual can expose personal information embedded in screenshots or source documents. Inspect the exported file or page before sharing its link.
Open the relevant screen
Use Visual work and canvases in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
