Start from Home
Open Home in your active workspace. Choose the agent or desk that fits your task and write a request with the source material and desired output. Continue related work in the same chat so your corrections stay with the task.
Keep chats organized
Use the chat navigation to return to an existing conversation. A chat belongs to its workspace and access scope. Switching workspaces changes what you can see; it does not move a chat or connection between teams.
Attach and inspect files
Attach relevant documents or refer to files you have already made available to the workspace. Review the contents of generated documents before sharing them. Keep private material out of a public artifact or hosted page.
Steer a running task
Use the controls shown in the chat to stop or guide work. An agent can ask for clarification or approval. Read the proposed action and its destination before accepting it, especially when it affects an external account.
Open the relevant screen
Use Use Spinrun in the web app in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
