Use the controls in your chat
The web chat exposes the current task's actions. Use Stop when the direction is wrong, then explain the correction in the same conversation. Stopping future work cannot undo an action that an external service has already accepted.
Choose an appropriate model
Open model settings to see the options available to your workspace. A more capable model can help with difficult reasoning; a shorter, clearer task can often remove unnecessary work before a model change is needed.
Keep platform behavior explicit
Slack and Teams have different message and application controls. Use the commands and controls offered by the installed application. Do not assume a command copied from another agent product is supported by Spinrun.
Recover from an interrupted task
Read the saved conversation and identify the last confirmed external action. Ask the agent to continue from that point. For a write that may have succeeded, verify the destination before repeating the request.
Open the relevant screen
Use Chat controls and commands in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
