Automation templates

Start from a reusable workflow and adapt its inputs before scheduling it.

Choose a relevant template

Browse the automation catalog for a workflow that matches your desired output. Read the required applications and source fields. A template is a starting instruction, not permission to act on every connected system.

Fill in the team's context

Replace account names, date ranges, channels, and source locations with your own. Identify the person who will review the first results. Leave explicit instructions for missing or contradictory information.

Run it once

Try the workflow manually with a small, representative input. Check its output against the source material. Change the template where your team's process differs from its assumptions.

Schedule the working version

Once the process works, create the recurring task and confirm its timezone. Keep the skill and task names clear enough for another teammate to maintain them.

Open the relevant screen

Use Automation templates in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.

If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
