Use the available sign-in options
The sign-in page shows the methods currently available for your account. Use the identity that holds the workspace membership. A workspace invitation and a provider account are different records.
Gather your requirements
List the identity provider, provisioning rules, access-review process, and any required enforcement policy. Include whether the requirement covers administrators, all members, or external collaborators.
Confirm support with the team
Do not assume a SAML or enterprise SSO configuration is active because another product offers it. Contact Spinrun to confirm the supported setup and contractual requirements for your organization.
Test the complete access journey
Before rollout, test invitation, sign-in, workspace selection, and removal with the agreed configuration. Verify that a removed member cannot continue accessing the protected workspace.
Open the relevant screen
Use Enterprise sign-in and SSO in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
