Prepare the source content
Give the agent the information the page should contain, its audience, and the format. Distinguish a static report from a page that queries live data. State which dates and sources the report represents.
Review the draft
Inspect the actual page, including links, tables, charts, and mobile layout. Verify the statements and calculations against the source material. Keep private data out of an output intended for a broad audience.
Choose how to share
Use the sharing controls available for the page or artifact. A link is only appropriate when its access policy matches the audience. Test the destination with the intended reader's permissions.
Keep the result maintained
Assign an owner for updates and include the data's reporting period. If the report becomes stale or should no longer be shared, adjust access or remove the publication through the product.
Open the relevant screen
Use Hosted pages in the active workspace. Sign in if needed. Check the workspace name before changing shared settings, connections, or billing.
If a control is unavailable, ask the workspace administrator or contact support. Include the screen, the action you tried, and the approximate time. Keep credentials and private customer material out of the request.
