What to check first
Read the Rewards summary in the workspace that owns the referral link. Reward settlement uses eligible verified net paid spend, subject to the current policy. Referral credits persist, but refunds or eligibility changes can lead to compensating entries. Support can review a missing reward with the referral and workspace references.
One balance per workspace
Credits belong to the active workspace. An eligible new customer's first personal workspace receives one permanent starter grant of 10,000 credits. Additional workspaces and invited users do not create another starter grant.
Monthly paid plans
The current catalog bills in EUR monthly. Pro starts at €30 for 30,000 credits. Check Pricing for the current volumes and options rather than using a price from an older screenshot. Billing changes require the appropriate workspace administrator role.

Open the plans and credits guide for the current product steps. If that does not resolve the issue, contact support. Include your workspace name, the screen, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers, or an unrestricted data export.
