Account or workspace setup error

Check your identity, invitation, and intended workspace.

What to check first

For this issue, start with the active workspace and the relevant settings screen. Check your identity, invitation, and intended workspace. Read the current confirmation or provider error rather than repeating the action immediately. Keep a record of what you tried and its approximate time so an administrator or the support team can identify the request.

Choose a useful first job

Start with a task you already understand: a weekly update, a small research brief, or an exception list. Have the source material ready and decide who will review the result. A clear first job makes it easier to notice a missing connection or an ambiguous instruction.

Create or join a workspace

Open the signup page and use the sign-in options shown there. An invitation joins the workspace named in the invite; it does not create a second copy of that team's data. Use the account menu to check the active workspace before connecting an account or starting work.

If the issue remains

Open the getting started with spinrun guide for the current product steps. If that does not resolve the issue, contact support. Include your workspace name, the screen, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers, or an unrestricted data export.
