Spinrun

Spinrun vs Twin

Twin builds an agent from a chat and runs it on a flat plan, with no credits. Spinrun builds agents from a chat too, and gives every agent a private machine, your whole team and the model of your choice.

Last reviewed , against each product’s public pricing and docs.

The short answer

Twin dropped credits, so the question is no longer what a run costs: it is what the plan includes. Twin is $29 a month for agents, schedules and app connections, and $149 for the browser agent, the lead prospecting and the deep research. Spinrun has a private machine for every agent, a browser and a desktop the agent drives like a person, and your whole team invited to the workspace. Pick Twin if you work alone, serve clients and want its browser agent; its Store plan tunes one agent per customer.

Choose Twin if

  • Most of the work is clicking through websites that have no API
  • You run an agency and want one agent tuned per customer, with their own dashboard
  • You want to start without entering a card

Choose Spinrun if

  • Your teammates need to use the agents, not just your clients
  • You want to pick the model, or run on the ChatGPT or Claude plan you already pay for
  • You want a browser and a real computer on the entry plan, not at $149
  • You would rather install one of 110+ ready-made agents than brief a blank one

Side by side

Spinrun vs Twin at a glance.

Twin is flat-priced too, but the browser agent and the lead data sit on its $149 plan, and the people you invite are clients, not teammates.

What the entry plan gives
$29 a month buys unlimited agents, scheduled runs and webhooks, and your apps connected. The browser agent, lead prospecting and deep research start at $149.
$29 a month gives every agent a private machine with a shell, a browser and a desktop it drives like a person, from the first plan.
Your team
Nothing is billed per seat, and nothing invites a teammate either: you invite up to 5 customers, each with their own dashboard.
Invite your whole team at no extra cost. Everyone watches the agents work, and any teammate can answer one that stops to ask.
Bringing your own AI
Twin routes each task to the model it picks, and no plan brings your own key or AI subscription.
You choose for each agent: the Spinrun model included in the plan, your ChatGPT or Claude plan, or your own key.
Finding leads
Lead prospecting, enrichment and local-business mapping come with the $149 plan.
Verified emails, phone numbers, Google Maps listings and search rankings are in the product, and the agent prices the lookup and asks before it spends a cent.
What it remembers
Twin learns from the edits you make to its drafts.
Memory, skills, files, its own database and the one the workspace shares, plus a company brain every agent reads: your offer, your prices, your tone.

Key differences

Where Spinrun and Twin part ways.

Four differences that change your day to day, shown on the real product.

A machine, not just a browser

Give it a machine

Twin’s browser agent works inside any website, on its $149 plan. On Spinrun, every agent has a private machine: a shell, files, two databases, a browser and a desktop it drives like a person for the apps that have no API.

You choose the model

Connect your stack

Twin routes each task to the model it picks, and nothing on its plans brings your own key or AI plan. On Spinrun you choose per agent: the Spinrun model included in the plan, your ChatGPT or Claude plan, or an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter key, and you can switch whenever you want.

Your team, not only your clients

Set up approvals

Twin invites up to 5 customers, each with a dashboard, and says only you need to use it. On Spinrun, seats are free and unlimited: your teammates share the same board, any of them can answer an agent that stops to ask, and with Autopilot on, the Foreman answers within your rules when nobody is around.

FAQ

Spinrun vs Twin, your questions.

Is Spinrun a Twin alternative?

Yes, and the two are closer than they were: both build agents from a plain description and run them on a schedule or an event. Spinrun adds a private machine for each agent, your choice of model, your whole team in one workspace and ready-made agents.

Does Twin still bill in credits?

Not on its pricing page, which now reads “Unlimited Plans. No Credits.” Its documentation still describes the old credit tiers, so the plans are the thing to go by: $29, $149 and from $399 a month.

Can I choose the model on Spinrun?

Yes, per agent and even per scheduled task: the Spinrun model included in the plan, or Claude, GPT, Gemini and more on your own subscription or key. Twin picks the model for you.

Can Spinrun agents use a browser?

Yes, from the first plan. Agents drive a browser on their own machine, and can take over a full desktop for apps with no API, next to the 3,000+ apps they reach through their APIs. Twin’s browser agent is purpose-built for heavy clicking across many websites, on its $149 plan.

Can my teammates use Spinrun?

Yes, and seats are free and unlimited. Everyone sees the agents at work and can answer one that stops to ask. Twin’s invitations are for customers with their own dashboard, not for teammates.
