Fix an integration problem

Check the connection, account, permission, and provider error.

What to check first

For this issue, start with the active workspace and the relevant settings screen. Check the connection, account, permission, and provider error. Read the current confirmation or provider error rather than repeating the action immediately. Keep a record of what you tried and its approximate time so an administrator or the support team can identify the request.

Identify each account

Use clear names for connections and check the provider account shown with them. Multiple accounts should be easy to distinguish by purpose, region, or owner. A renamed connection still represents the same authorized account.

Reconnect when access expires

If a provider revokes or expires authorization, open the affected connection and follow its reconnect flow. Confirm the account before returning to a task. Review whether a failed write may already have reached the provider.

If the issue remains

Open the manage integrations guide for the current product steps. If that does not resolve the issue, contact support. Include your workspace name, the screen, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers, or an unrestricted data export.
