Google access is blocked

Review the provider's policy message with your Google administrator.

What to check first

Read the exact Google policy message. A Workspace administrator may need to approve the application's requested scope. Repeated authorization attempts do not bypass that policy. Share the policy code and requested operation with the administrator, then retry through Integrations after the policy has been resolved.

Find the application

Open Integrations and search for the application you want. Choose a supported connection method. A catalog entry describes a possible integration; connection readiness and the provider's own authorization rules determine whether you can use it.

Authorize the correct account

Follow the provider's authorization flow or enter credentials in the secure connection form. Read the requested permissions. Never paste credentials into chat, a shared document, or a support email.

If the issue remains

Open the connect your tools guide for the current product steps. If that does not resolve the issue, contact support. Include your workspace name, the screen, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers, or an unrestricted data export.
