A useful AI teammate has an ongoing responsibility, clear boundaries and regular feedback. Scheduled checks run periodically; they are not real-time monitoring.

Give it ownership of a result

Describe the reporting role: its sources, cadence, output and destination. Keep the responsibility small enough to inspect.
